Not what picture shows
The picture and the description do not match!!! I am totally disappointed. I wouund up getting a lumpy round bulky pillow for my lab. Totally unhappy!! You should show exactly what you are describing.
Ok product, terrible listing.
Going off the product picture I expected I would at least get something fairly similar even if it was round. A slight variation wouldn't be a problem at all but not only did I not get a soft outer surface I got a puffy solid purple round pillow with a slick outer shell. Any variation of neutral colors would have been ok but a solid purple puff ball, come on.
Anyways if it weren't for the fact that it was for a 7mo old lab who will probably destroy it anyways I'd be quite dissapointed. I'd look elsewhere unless looking for a cheaper no frills throw away bed.
Tough dog...tough bed?
i bought this on a budget considering how rough my dog is with her toys so I figured she would have been rough with her bed like all others. When it came in the mail, it was immediately placed in front of her and she just collapsed onto it and passed out. She did start chewing on the edges so i did two things, one-spray at her with a water bottle (it does work) and two- sprayed a little of my body spray/perfume onto her bed. After that, she's stopped chewing on it. Im hoping it lasts longer than her other beds that she's had in the past. But so far, it's still alive. It is rather difficult to clean so if possible, invest in a doggie duvet, possibly two if the first later isn't thick enough. Also, fluff out the bed every once in a while since the polyester does seperate if your dog lays in one position for too long (like sitting in your office chair) Enjoy. =)
