best fit I have found for dog booties
My 11 year old Siberian has developed very rough, cracked paw pads and needs protection of his feet when we venture outside. He has limited mobility, so we do not take long walks, we just need to cover his paws as he walks around our yard and across our brick walkway. I have tried many different dog booties and these have been the best so far. They are quick to place on his paws, and they stay in place without slipping. We have NOT had a boot fall off in over a month! That is a big plus. Another great quality is that these boots are washable! I have read reviews where people complain about the fit, but I did not encounter any problems. I measured the width of his paws while he was standing. The measurement was 3" and based upon the chart that I found on the Ultra Paws website, I ordered large boots (3 1/4" in width). They fit perfectly!
Old dogs can learn new tricks
Got these booties to help our older dog get some more traction on our vinyl kitchen floor. They are well made and provide the traction she needs. The top of the bootie is padded on the inside so when you tighten the straps it helps to comfort her. I like the two straps, it helps keep the booties on. Our dog is still getting used to walking in them, she looks like a duck. I bought the medium size for our Alaskan Huskie and I think the size is perfect. This was a great purchase for us.

I would give these a 5 star review, if we had snow to really try them in, but as of now.. they have worked great! My dog is a young active lab/pit mix who has brittle nails. winter and cold weather cause his nails to split and become painful, we wanted these to protect his nails from the elements. So far they have worked great. They go on/off easy, but stay fastened well, even with him biting them. ( he does not love them)... but once outdoors he is a running fool. Solid construction, great for him
