Love the color- sizing chart was off.
Our dog came with this collar when we adopted her at the shelter. It was getting pretty ragged, so we ordered a new one and it was great. Be careful with the sizing guide. We followed the directions, ordered the large, and found the large too big when it arrived. Easy return with amazon, but seems like the sizing guide was a bit off- maybe by about 1-2 inches which is a big deal when you want your dog to keep its collar on and not back out of it.
The only brand of collar I will buy.
I'm a professional dog trainer. I've tried just about every brand of dog products out there. For collars and harnesses, Premier is the best. This martingale style collar is the safest type of collar available, and Premier's quality is top of the line. These collars last for years; I only replace them when their color fades or they are stained. They are impossible to break. My only complaint is that Premier is no longer making them in XL.
A high quality, "no-slip" collar for your dog.
I have a large Yellow Labrador and this collar fits him just right. I love the bright orange color for him as he wears this at all times, even when he swims in the ocean. When he gets bathed after being in the ocean, the collar is washed as well and it's still nice and bright and good as new. The price is a good value for such a quality collar. And I like that if I need to lead him by the collar, I like that the martingale style does not choke him, but will tighten so as not to slip over his head. I highly recommend the Premier martingale style collars for any dog.
