Ensures the Dogs Will Never Be Thirsty Again.
This does what says and it does quite well. Very simple in design, it's basically your toilet tank but for dogs. Easy to mount on the wall and install. You will need some sort of garden hose to connect it to, and preferably a two way adapter in case you only have one faucet available and need another garden hose to water your plants.
I have two Huskies, and with a normal water bowl, they can empty it in seconds or make it very dirty when they are trying to dig in it. With the water bowl now mounted on the wall, the water stays a lot more clean because they aren't sticking their paws in it. Also the height I have it installed at makes it easier for the dogs to drink from. The automatic watering is definitely helpful as I do not need to worry if the dogs have any drinking water when I am away at work.
The drain is certainly helpful to clean out the bowl, although I would rather have a valve at the bottom of the bowl to drain from instead. In the mornings,...
some issues, need manufacturer info to order replacement parts
These units great, however the plastic cups are thin plastic. A couple of them were cracked in the box and one of the plugs was broken. Need to know how to contact manufacturer to get replacement parts.
UPDATE: Manufacturer contacted us and sent replacements part, right away via overnight. Very awesome customer service.
Great waterer and a comapny that cares!
I have 5 of these waterers. As I unboxed and assembled each one, I checked to make sure all parts were there. I had one unit missing a drain seal. I called the manufacturer and told them of the problem. They were very nice and sent me not only extra seals but also a couple extra valves. I can't understand why so many people have problems with them leaking. Mine are working fine, and I only have to fasten the drain valve finger tight and have no leaks.
